Metaphysics

The universal absolute is the sentient transcendent conscious reality that encompass the whole existence. It is the container of the material, mental (conceptual) and emotional realms etc. It is the formless substance of god as your true nature (your true self) while ego is only one of its various manifestations. It is both subjective and objective because it is the object perceived by itself and the subject who perceives pure perception.

Inside out reality

We often consider the material world to be the container of consciousness. It is in fact the opposite.
